Recommendations for use

Apply the fine polishing compound to the polishing pad (Fine Cut Pad or lambswool pad) and polish the precleaned surface with max. 2.000 rpm crosswise. The cleaning effect can be varied by means of pressure, polishing medium and rpm. At the start of the polishing process we recommend working with greater pressure at a lower speed. In the further course, reduce the pressure and polish to a high gloss at a higher speed. The remaining polish residues can be removed easily with the Profi ultrasonic cut microfibre cloth. Remove any streaks or traces of polish with Micro Cut M3.02.

Recommendations for use

Appropriate pre-cleaning/washing is necessary before applying WetGloss. Spray the ready-to-use product onto the wet paintwork and rinse thoroughly with a jet of water. To avoid water spots, dry the vehicle thoroughly afterwards. Depending on the size of the vehicle, approx. 250ml should be used.

Recommendations for use

Apply undiluted with dosing pump undiluted or in a ratio of up to 1:2. Recommended dosage per car: hot/cold wax: 13-19 ml. Foam wax: 13-19 ml. Premium wax: 16-23 ml. VDA conform to class A. Manual use: Pour approx. 30ml ProtectorWax into 1l water and apply it to the clean, still wet vehicle using a foam sprayer or pump dispenser and let it soak in. Rinse the product thoroughly using a pressure washer to avoid stains. If applying using a foam gun, adjust the pre-dilution accordingly. Pat dry any residual water. Only mix the product for one application and do not store.

Micro Cut & Finish is the latest generation machine micro-polish for the permanent removal of streaks, holograms, fine scratches and sanding marks to P3000 grain size on all paint systems (including scratch-resistant) with simultaneous long-term sealing with high degree of gloss and smoothness.

Through the use of highly specialised, extremely homogenous abrasive bodies, a brilliant permanent high gloss finish is created under extreme light conditions even on dark and similarly sensitive shades. Holograms and fine scratches are eliminated mechanically and not, which is often the case, covered over. Micro Cut & Finish is economical, easy to polish and to remove. Recommendations for use

For optimum results we recommend using our Micro Cut Pad and an orbital polisher with forced rotation (eg Makita PO5000C, highest speed). Alternatively a rotary polisher can be used in combination with our Micro Cut Pad. Before use, moisten dried or new pads completely with polish. With the machine switched off, apply the polish evenly over the surface to be treated and then polish crosswise with medium pressure thoroughly. Afterwards polish with low pressure. Do not use pads used with this product for other products. For non-scratch and groove-free removal of polish residues we recommend our non-chainstitched Profi microfibre cloth that has been ultrasonically cut.
