Online Ordering:

We are currently shipping orders as Normal. However, due to the large volume of orders and carrier restrictions there are some delays.  Please allow approximately 5 working days for delivery.

Customer Support:

We are working on a reduced staffing level so please allow a little extra time for us to answer emails, texts, phone queries etc..The best way to contact us is by email to sales@autopia.ie.

Our general warehouse and shipping operations are currently not effected and we have implemented improved hygiene and strict distancing rules within the warehouse.

DELIVERY

We deliver nationwide using Fastway couriers and Quinn Transport for bulk orders. For local orders in Roscommon and surrounds our dedicated drivers will deliver your order. We charge a flat rate of €5 plus vat per order with free delivery on orders over €80 plus vat.

Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

You can return products to Autopia Professional Detailing Products within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame and be in a saleable condition. This means returning the item to us in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds or exchanges (Exchanges are available in store only).

Autopia covers return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. We will arrange collection of the product in this situation.

Items returned for reasons other than defect or Autopia error must be paid for by the buyer. These returns include reasons such as “changed my mind,” “did not like the product” and “ordered the incorrect product”.
