The Grit Guard Bucket Dolly makes your wash bucket more mobile so you can roll it around a vehicle with ease as you wash it.

The dolly accommodates most 3.5 – 7 gallon round buckets and has five heavy duty urethane casters capable of supporting up to 113 kg.

Two locking casters hold the dolly from moving on an incline. Three thumb screws hold the bucket in place inside the dolly. The durable casters turn in any direction to give the wash bucket unlimited manoeuvrability.

The cyclone Dirt Trap help eliminates wash swirls and scratches with Cyclone Dirt-Trap Filtration
Technology.

The round wash screen separates abrasive dirt and silt from clean and soapy wash water with scores of cyclonic dirt funnels.

Separating dirt from clean and soapy water keeps abrasive debris off the wash mitt, and therefore off the paintwork for a scratch-less car wash.

Traditional wash baffles use large vertical screens or disposable mesh filters in an attempt to separate dirt from water, which always ends up cloudy with loose contamination and abrasive filth.

These designs are defeated by the mere act of dunking the mitt into the bucket, which pushes and pulls water and dirt straight through the vertical openings of the poorly-designed screens.

The cyclone funnels of the Dirt Trap separate dirt through centripetal force and push it through tiny holes underneath the wash screen.

The dirt remains trapped underneath the funnels and cannot easily flow back up through the tips once the mitt is pulled out from
the water.

The one way Cyclone Filtration system is a passive filter that never needs replacing and does not rely on moving parts, no disposable filters, and requires no maintenance or energy to set up, use, or store.

This bucket is manufactured from heavy-duty 90mil thickness plastic with reinforced shoulders and base that will outlast most other buckets. The rugged design does not flex even when full with the generous 20 litre (5 Gallon) capacity.

Fitted is a dirt trap bucket filter, designed to trap the dirt at the bottom of the bucket and prevent the grit that has sunk to the bottom from being able to float back to the surface for getting trapped in your car wash mitt. The Dirt Trap filter has been tested and designed to fit the clear wash bucket like a glove so it won’t float back to the surface.

Supplied with the bucket is a sealed lid, so you can create a water tight seal if necessary. But it’s also great for storage and also transforms the bucket into a seat to work on whilst detailing

DIRT LOCK – WASH BUCKET FILTER

The patented design in each Detail Guardz Dirt Lock Bucket Filter utilises the motion of your hand to engage the DirtLock’s turbine induction system.

Once you pulse your hand in the bucket, the water is dramatically sped up by the shape of the jet turbine. The Dirt is then forced through hundreds of tapered Venturi funnels and is further sped up, blasting debris to the bottom of the bucket and out of harms way. Only fresh, clean water returns up the side of the dirt-lock through the fresh water troughs. Any small particles that made it through the openings hit the tumbler system and are pushed back down to the bottom of the pail.

In short, every time you pump your hand in the bucket the water is automatically filtered and cleaned by the Dirt Lock Wash Bucket Filter
