Brazil is recognized for being the only country in the world to produce carnauba on a large scale. Native is manufactured by hand with carnauba wax type 1, which is extracted from the straw of the eye of native carnauba trees in the state of Ceará, this being the producer of the best and purest carnauba waxes in the world, in addition to being the main producer and exporter worldwide.

Vonixx was concerned with using as few unnatural components as possible that could interfere with the quality of the final product. With this, Native is free of any fragrance, maintaining the natural aroma of carnauba, leaving the product as pure as possible.
Native’s production process begins in the field, with the straw being cut manually by one. This is the main source for the extraction of type 1 carnauba wax. After cutting, they are placed to dry naturally in sunlight. After drying, the dust that remains in the straws is extracted, known regionally as eye powder. A wax extraction process is carried out using special solvents. Finally, the extracted wax is refined and bleached to a high level of purity.

Vonixx uses 50% by volume of this wax for Native production. Initially, carnauba wax, solvents and special oils are added in a stainless steel tank. Then, the heating process begins to melt these raw materials. After melting all the material at a controlled temperature, a small amount of the sample is selected to confirm the purity of the wax, at the Vonixx Quality Control Laboratory. With the wax still hot, the filling process is carried out manually and, later, they are kept in a specific place until complete solidification.

After this stage, the waxes are carefully packaged and evaluated by three operators, to guarantee the total quality of the final product.

Brazil is known as the only country in the world that can produce Carnaúba in large-scale. Native Black Wax is handmade with Brazilian Carnaúba wax extracted directly from the Carnaúba tree from the state of Ceará. DIRECTIONS

1. Clean and decontaminate the vehicle’s paint;
2. Apply the product using the foam applicator contained in the package, making uniform movements without leaving spaces between the applications;
3. Wait for 3 to 5 minutes;
4. Carefully remove the product using a high-quality microfiber towel, observing the achieved results.

Note:

Applying the second layer will provide an even higher shine. The product can also be applied using the palm of the hands. Keep in temperatures between 59 °F to 84.2 ºF (15 ºC to 29 ºC). For better results, we recommend using Native Brazilian Carnaúba Cleaner Wax before waxing. To maintain the gloss, we recommend using Native Brazilian Carnaúba Spray Wax after each wash.

IMPORTANT:

Due to the high percentage of Carnaúba wax on its composition, some cracking and crumbling during transport is normal and does not affect product quality.
