Traditionally formulated glass cleaners contain non-evaporating surfactants and soaps (that wet and clean) plus glycols, perfumes and dyes. During cleaning these can be left behind causing stubborn streaking and smearing.

Bilt-Hamber Laboratories use unique super-wetting, 100% evaporating surfactants to produce TRACE-LESS. These special surfactants leave no such residue. Unlike competing products that run quickly from vertical surfaces, TRACE-LESS instantly wets glass surfaces ensuring uniform application and minimal product run off.

The powerful, non-abrasive surfactants and cleaners tackle greasy and dry particulate dirt more effectively than competing products and will not stain sensitive metals such as aluminium. TRACE-LESS does not leave a hydrophobic coating and will not damage or remove quality glass sealants or rain repellents.

Use on interior and exterior glass plus acrylic, and infotainment screens. Safe on tinted glass, mirrors, spectacles and hard glazed surfaces. Only use clean lint-free cloths free of detergents and fabric conditioners – these will cause smearing.

TOUCH-LESS is our new eco-friendly pressure-washer, pre-clean, snow foam which can be applied by pump spray or trigger too. Applied at between 0.5% – 2% PIR this bio-degradable sugar-based product provides truly exceptional levels of cleaning of automotive paintwork. Unlike other petrochemical-based cleaners TOUCH-LESS is free-and-easy rinsing, easing the effort of subsequent bucket washes and massively helping post-treatments bond too. How to use the new 2024 Bilt Hamber Touch-Less

Touch-Less may be applied with trigger spray, pump spray, pressure washer, or snow foam lance. The minimum recommended dilution rate should be 0.5% PIR (Panel Impact Ratio) and up to 2% for very dirty vehicles. Where application is through trigger spray or pump spray, the dilution calculation is easy to achieve, however, for application with pressure equipment it is essential to determine the amount of water being delivered to the equipment reservoir.

Apply touchless to entire vehicle or panel by panel. Allow to soak for 1-5 minutes but never allow to dry!
Power-wash off

It is not necessary to use all diluted touch-less in one wash. One litre of diluted product can last up to 4 washes. Apply to cool panels in shaded conditions. Do not allow this product to dry in use. Keep the bottle neck and lid clean.

Micro-fine is a one-step cleansing and protection product specifically for use on top quality paint finishes. The product contains high levels of carnauba and other waxes to produce a durable and protective film that is highly compatible with finis-wax and hydra-wax, although it can be used as a highly effective stand-alone product for use on lightly aged paint work to rejuvenate and seal in a deep gloss. Can be used frequently, is extremely easy to use and produces a highly detergent resistant, water repellent finish.

micro-fine contains micro particle abrasives for fine paint cleansing and conditioning. Ideal for paintwork in excellent condition. Bilt Hamber Injection Lance

600mm / 2ft long, 5mm diameter Injection Lance for use with Dynax-S50.

Please note that injection lances are supplied with 750ml aerosols of Dynax-S50. This listing is for customers who wish to order additional lances separately.

How To Use

Remove the standard button spray nozzle from the aerosol by holding it between thumb and forefinger and gently pulling. Be sure to point the nozzle away from your face when doing this.

Hold a cloth or rag over the discharge nozzle of the lance. Locate the lance button into place over the aerosol valve. Gently push down. You should not need to apply enough force to actually discharge any material, but keeping the rag in place over the nozzle is a sensible precaution.

Insert the lance into the access point of the cavity then begin spraying. Gradually withdraw the lance from the access point. Be sure to stop spraying before removing the discharge nozzle from the access point.

Once the lance has been used it should be cleared of cavity wax before storage.

Bilt Hamber Microfibre Cloth is a very high quality microfibre, deep-pile, soft and durable cloth.

Using 70% Polyester and 30% Polyamide with soft overlocked edges, is normally supplied with any purchase of cleanser-polish, auto-balm, finis-wax, double speed-wax, hydra-wax, micro-fine, auto-QD and cleanser-fluid.

Bilt Hamber Dynax UB 1L Brushable Brown Anti Corrosion Under Body Wax

dynax-UB is a high-performance anti-corrosion wax that provides exceptionally long-lasting protection to steel surfaces.

dynax-UB contains elastic polymers that create a tougher wax coating that is more resistant to abrasion than normal wax coatings – this property enables this wax to protect vehicle undersides for prolonged periods.

Unlike traditional bitumen underseals dynax-UB will not peel. Peeling underbody coatings trap water against the steel surface, accelerating corrosion.

dynax-UB forms a touch-dry, brown, wax-like film.

dynax-UB is able to arrest existing corrosion and to provide long-term protection to pre-corroded and corrosion-free surfaces.

dynax UB substantially outperforms competitive material in salt-spray trials under conditions of ASTM B117. Salt-spray performance should never be overlooked as vehicle undersides and cavities are always exposed to this attack from winter road salt.

How To Use

Use a brush or roller to apply dynax UB. dynax-UB should be applied to dry surface free of loose, flaky rust or coatings, although the highly polar corrosion inhibitors will arrest existing corrosion.

dynax-UB will vary in viscosity with temperature; it may appear to have a soft grainy appearance to firm gel. Apply at least 2 coats to the surface at 24 hr intervals. This first primes the surface and allows subsequent coats to build higher film thickness.

dynax-UB will provide excellent protection at a wide-range of film thickness. Aim to achieve a uniform dry-film thickness of around 80 – 100 microns.

Ultra durable deep shine liquid carnauba wax hydra-wax is a superior, super-easy-to-use last stage treatment for the protection of highly finished automobile paint systems.

The high grade T1 carnauba wax is used as the backbone to provide a deep rich gloss. Unlike other automotive waxes, excellent gloss, ease of application and buffability are provided by other gloss enhancing molecules. To achieve the ultimate smooth glass-like finish, the paint should be in good condition. This can be easily achieved before use with korrosol and auto clay bar, before hydra-wax treatment.

Bilt Hamber Hydra Wax offers detergent-proof longevity. It will continue to bead water long after more expensive sealers, premium paste waxes and so called nano coatings have failed. For longest durability, pre-cleaning of paint using cleanser-fluid is recommended.

Directions for use:

Thoroughly wash vehicle with hot soapy water, only use salt-free automotive shampoos. Do not use wash and wax products.
Dry vehicle using a soft microfibre drying towel.
Bilt Hamber hydra-wax is not an abrasive polish, if your paintwork is faded, feels rough or has not been polished for a long period it will be necessary to use cleanser-polish and/or auto-clay before application.Once prepared in this way regular application of hydra-wax will maintain a high gloss finish without need for further use of abrasive polishes. Use of cleanser-fluid prior to application of hydra-wax will dramatically boost the longevity of the buffed film.
Work on shaded cool panels. Using the sponge applicator provided apply in light circular motions sparingly and allow to dull for approx 5-10 minutes.
Buff to a high shine using the blue micro fibre cloth provided – turn frequently.
