Powerful enzymatic cleaner for removing grease, tar, and oil residue from various surfaces.

B300 Powerful Enzyme Emulsifying Cleaner effectively removes oil residues and the toughest dirt. Its concentrated formula works deep down and protects ferrous metal surfaces. Its hydro-emulsifying action instantly dissolves and breaks down oil-based deposits, ensuring a perfect clean.

B300 the powerful emulsifying enzymatic cleaner ensures impeccable results. B300 leaves no traces on smooth, polished or glazed surfaces. Thanks to its bio-cleaning enzyme technology , it actively breaks down hydrocarbons while remaining easily biodegradable according to OECD 301 F standard .

Completely miscible with water , it adapts to all dosages and applications. It penetrates, dissolves and emulsifies immediately:

  • Bitumen, tars, waxes
  • Gums, grease, grease
  • Tire marks, adhesive prints and stickers
  • Mineral oils, pencil marks

Active ingredients:

  • Plant-based emulsifying agents : Facilitate the dispersion of grease and hydrocarbons in water, ensuring deep cleaning.
  • Surface tension reducers : Reduce the adhesion of contaminants to surfaces, thus optimizing soil removal.
  • Vegetable acid salts : Dissolve fatty and mineral deposits while respecting the materials treated.
  • Combination of selected enzymatic compounds : Actively degrade hydrocarbon molecules and accelerate the biodegradation of petroleum residues.
  • Plant-based soap : Provides gentle yet effective cleaning power, while being highly biodegradable.

HOW TO USE :

This product is specially designed to effectively remove a wide variety of residues. Depending on the age or thickness of the deposits, you can choose to use it either neat or diluted. Follow the steps below for optimal results.

Targeted residue types:  Bitumen, tars, waxes, gums , sludge and grease, tire residues, adhesive prints, sticker residues, mineral oils and pencil marks.

Instructions for use:

  1. Choose the mode of use:
  • Neat: If the deposits are very encrusted, old or thick, apply the product directly without diluting it.
  • Diluted: For lighter soiling or to treat large areas, dilute the product in cold or lukewarm water in the following proportions:
      • 2% (1:50) : Mix 20 ml of product with 1 liter of water .
      • 10% (1:9) : Mix 100 ml of product with 1 liter of water .
        Adjust the quantities according to the surface to be treated (for example, for 5 liters of diluted solution, use 100 ml for a 2% dilution or 500 ml for a 10% dilution).
  1. Application:
    Next, apply the product (neat or diluted) directly to the impregnated surface. You can use a sprayer, a microfiber cloth or soak it, depending on the nature of the surface.
  2. Action time:
    Leave the product on for a few minutes to allow it to dissolve the residue effectively.
  3. Activation if necessary:
    If residue persists, rub the affected area with a soft brush, paintbrush, or microfiber cloth. This action increases the cleaning effectiveness.
  4. Rinsing:
    Then rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove residue and traces of the product. If rinsing is not possible, wipe the surface with a clean microfiber cloth.
  5. Repeat:
    Repeat the operation on areas where the dirt is particularly stubborn or old.
